To ensure we meet current professional and regulatory standards, we periodically update our terms of service and fees. The current versions can be viewed using those links. These may be varied by the Engagement Letter issued directly to each client.
Complaints Process
We are committed to providing quality services to our clients.
If you have a complaint about our Tax Agent services, you will need to contact us by telephone, email or in writing. We will attempt to resolve your complaint within 14 days.
If the matter is not resolved, you have the right to make a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board at https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints.
